Q: What are the store hours?

A: The business hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm CST (excluding holidays) 

Q: How do I get in contact with ET Customs and Scrubs?

Q: How long does it take for shipment?

A: Customized Products/Items: All customized products and/or items will require extra time to ship, which usually takes 2-5 weeks (does not include holidays), depending on your order. If for some reason we cannot ship within this timeframe, we will notify you via email (please add email upon purchasing products and/or items) with an updated estimate time for shipment. All other items will usually ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Please do not select the option for shorter shipping time, because you will pay more for shipping and it does not apply to any sort of customized orders. Please go by the information above to save money for your customized orders. 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All customized orders are non-returnable due to the nature of the product/item. Please refer to our return policy for more details. 

Q: Can I cancel my customized order if it has not been marked shipped and receive a refund?

A: The answer is "no" due to the nature of the product/item and we start on your order as soon as we receive payment on most occasions. Any sort of customized orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our refund policy for more information. 

Q: Who do I contact if my package is lost?

A: We provide you with a tracking number upon shipment, it will be your responsibility to keep up with your tracking number and contact the carrier for any lost packages concerns. 

Q: What if I put in the wrong address for shipment?

A: You will need to notify us immediately at (501) 819-3804 Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm CST (excluding holidays) and/or email us at purchase@etcustomsandscrubs.com. If you do not contact us prior to shipment, your order will be nonrefundable. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

Q: What if I don't see something I want on the website, can I make an inquiry?

A: Yes, you absolutely can. This can range anywhere from sizes, colors, or any products you may be searching for. You can email us at purchase@etcustomsandscrubs.com or call (501) 819-3804 about your inquiry and we will be in touch with you within 24-48hrs during business days/hours.

Q: Can I email or call if I have a question prior to ordering?

A: The answer is "yes" you can do either or both, whichever you prefer. We kindly ask that you give us 24-48hrs during business days/hours to respond back to you.
